In section 3 insert in alphabetical order:

Fifteenth Supplementary Agreement means the Fifteenth Supplementary Agreement, a copy of which is set out in Schedule 16;

(2)

In section 3 in the definition of Agreement:

(a)

in paragraph (b)(vi) delete “Agreement;” and insert:

Agreement; and

(b)

after paragraph (b)(vi) insert:

(vii)

the Fifteenth Supplementary Agreement;
