Determinations of good repute and public interest

(1)

In this Part, a determination of whether someone is, or is not, of good repute must be made having regard to the person’s character, honesty and integrity.

(2)

In this Part, a determination whether something relating to a wagering licence is in the public interest must be made having regard to the need for the creation and maintenance of public confidence and trust in the credibility, integrity and stability of the wagering business under the licence.
