13 Infringement notices
The offences and the modified penalties for those offences specified in the Table are prescribed for the purposes of section 58A.

For the purposes of section 58A(3), the form of an infringement notice for an alleged offence referred to in subregulation (1) is Form 1 in Schedule 4.
For the purposes of section 58A(7), the form of notice of withdrawal of infringement notice for an alleged offence referred to in subregulation (1) is Form 2 in Schedule 4.
