Transport (Road Passenger Services) Act 2018

A passenger transport driver authorisation subject to a suspension order under section 106(1) or 107 is suspended under the order for a period —

commencing on the day stated in the notice under section 111(b); and

ending on the first of the following to occur —

the day stated in a notice of revocation of the order under section 113(4)(b);

the day on which the authorisation is cancelled under this Act;

the day on which the authorisation expires.

A passenger transport driver authorisation subject to a suspension order under section 109(4) is suspended under the order for a period —

commencing on the day stated in the notice under section 111(b); and

ending on the first of the following to occur —

the day on which the authorisation is suspended or cancelled after the end of the 30‑day period referred to in section 109;

the day stated in a notice of revocation of the order under section 113(4)(b);

the day on which the authorisation is otherwise cancelled under this Act;

the day on which the authorisation expires.
