149 Cancellation of authorisation on request
(1)
The CEO may cancel a passenger transport vehicle authorisation at the request of the owner of the vehicle or the authorisation holder.
(2)
The CEO must give written notice of the cancellation of an authorisation to —
(a)
the owner of the vehicle; and
(b)
the holder of the passenger transport vehicle authorisation, if the holder is not the owner of the vehicle.
(3)
The cancellation of a passenger transport vehicle authorisation takes effect at the end of the relevant prescribed period specified in the notice.
