17 Primary duty of care of providers of passenger transport services
The provider of a passenger transport service must ensure the health and safety of —
(a)
passenger transport drivers and other persons while they are engaged in providing the passenger transport service; and
(b)
passengers and other persons in connection with the passenger transport service.
