229 Application for buyback payment
An eligible owner (buyback) of taxi plates may apply for a buyback payment in relation to the taxi plates.
The application must be made to the CEO in the approved form on or before the prescribed day.
If the application is in relation to taxi plates owned by 2 or more eligible owners, the application must be made jointly by the eligible owners.
An applicant must provide any additional information that the CEO may require for the proper consideration of the application.
The CEO may require any information provided with an application to be verified by statutory declaration.
