257 Cessation of levy
(1)
The levy is not payable for any leviable passenger service transaction that occurs on or after the levy repeal day.
(2)
The Minister may by notice published in the Gazette specify the levy repeal day.
(3)
A notice under this section cannot be amended or revoked after the levy repeal day specified in the notice.
