Disqualification offences

(1)

The regulations may prescribe disqualification offences for providers of on-demand booking services, responsible officers and close associates of providers of on-demand booking services and passenger transport drivers.

(2)

The regulations may prescribe —

(a)

different disqualification offences for providers of on‑demand booking services, responsible officers and close associates of providers of on‑demand booking services and passenger transport drivers; and

(b)

different disqualification offences for different categories of on‑demand booking services and passenger transport drivers; and

(c)

circumstances in which an offence is or is not a disqualification offence.
