In section 3(1) delete the definitions of:

registration

taxi dispatch service

(2)

In section 3(1) insert in alphabetical order:

taxi dispatch service means an on‑demand booking service as defined in the Transport (Road Passenger Services) Act 2018 section 10;

(3)

In section 3(3):

(a)

in paragraph (a) delete “or an application for registration”;

(b)

after paragraph (b) insert:

(ba)

a reference to the provider of a taxi dispatch service is a reference to the provider of an on‑demand booking service as defined in the Transport (Road Passenger Services) Act 2018 section 10; and
