(1)

After section 17(2) insert:

(2A)

The Minister may impose conditions, restrictions and prohibitions on an authorisation granted to a tenderer under the Transport (Road Passenger Services) Act 2018 Part 4 Division 2 in addition to any other conditions that may be imposed under that Division.

(2)

In section 17(3):

(a)

after “licence” (first occurrence) insert:

or authorisation

(b)

delete “this Act to cancel the licence” and insert:

this Act or the Transport (Road Passenger Services) Act 2018 to cancel the licence or authorisation
