109 Designation of inspectors
(1)
The Board may, in writing, designate as an inspector any person employed or engaged by the Board.
(2)
A person may be designated as an inspector for a fixed or indefinite period or in relation to a particular matter, investigation or complaint.
(3)
The Board may, in writing, revoke a designation at any time.
