118 Assistance to person entering premises
The following persons must ensure that all reasonable assistance is provided to a person entering and inspecting veterinary premises under this Division —
(a)
the registered practice owner for the premises;
(b)
a veterinarian who practises veterinary medicine at the premises;
(c)
a veterinary nurse who works at the premises.
Penalty: a fine of $10 000.
