134 Decision by Board
After considering the assessment material referred to in section 133(1) and any discussion with the veterinary practitioner under section 133(4), the Board may decide to —
take any other action the Board considers necessary or appropriate under this Act, including the following —
refuse the veterinary practitioner’s application for registration, or renewal of registration, under Part 2;
impose conditions on the veterinary practitioner’s registration under section 25(1);
make an immediate action order in relation to the veterinary practitioner;
determine under section 84(1) to deal with the matter as if it were the subject of a complaint;
or
take no further action in relation to the matter.
