179 Board may give directions to committee
(1)
The Board may give written directions to a committee on the following matters —
(a)
the functions to be performed by the committee;
(b)
the procedures of the committee;
(c)
reporting by the committee on the performance of its functions.
(2)
A committee must give effect to a direction given to it under subsection (1).
