Continuing effect of things done

In force

Any act, matter or thing done or omitted to be done before transition day by, to or in respect of the former Board is taken to have been done or omitted by, to or in respect of the new Board —

(a)

to the extent that the act, matter or thing is relevant to the new Board; and

(b)

so far as the act, matter or thing —

(i)

has any force or significance; and

(ii)

is not governed by another provision of this Division.
