225 Validation provision
(1)
Regulations made, or purported to be made, under the repealed Act imposing a fee payable to the former Board in respect of the registration, or renewal of registration, of premises as a veterinary clinic or veterinary hospital were, and are taken always to have been, valid and effective even if they were inconsistent with or repugnant to a provision of the repealed Act.
(2)
A fee imposed under regulations referred to in subsection (1) was, and is taken always to have been, validly imposed under the repealed Act.
