49 Notice of decision on registration or renewal of registration
The Board must give the applicant written notice of its decision on a Part 3 application as soon as practicable after making the decision.
If a Part 3 application is granted, the notice must contain the following —
a description of the premises registered as veterinary premises;
the period for which registration is granted or renewed;
any conditions imposed by the Board on the registration;
if a condition is imposed —
the reasons for the imposition of the condition; and
a statement that the applicant may apply under section 150(1) for a review of the decision to impose the condition.
If a Part 3 application is refused, the notice must contain —
the reasons for the refusal; and
a statement that the applicant may apply under section 150(1) for a review of the decision to refuse the application.
