Application of Part

In force

This Part applies in relation to unprofessional conduct or professional misconduct engaged in, or allegedly engaged in, by a person who —

(a)

is a veterinarian or veterinary nurse; or

(b)

is no longer a veterinarian or veterinary nurse, but was a veterinarian or veterinary nurse at the time that the conduct occurred or allegedly occurred.
