35 Board may refund fees paid under Veterinary Surgeons Regulations 1979 r. 34(c)
(1)
This regulation applies to an application that, under section 209(3) of the Act, is taken to be an application for registration of premises under section 35(1) of the Act or renewal of registration of premises under section 36(1) of the Act.
(2)
The Board may, on a case by case basis, refund in whole or in part, the fee paid in respect of the application under the Veterinary Surgeons Regulations 1979 regulation 34(c) if the Board considers it appropriate to do so.
