Duration of recognition

In force

Recognition of a veterinary nurse as an advanced veterinary nurse under this Subdivision —

(a)

comes into effect on the day on which the recognition is granted; and

(b)

subject to regulation 7E, has effect while the veterinary nurse’s registration as a veterinary nurse has effect.
