145 Establishment of committees
(1)
The Board may establish committees to assist it in the performance of its functions.
(2)
The Board may discharge, alter or reconstitute a committee.
(3)
The Board may —
(a)
determine the functions, membership and constitution of a committee; and
(b)
appoint any members of the Board or other persons as it thinks fit to be members of a committee.
