(1)
In section 6(3)(a) and (b) delete “Act or the Medicines and Poisons Act 2014” and insert:
Act, the Medicines and Poisons Act 2014 or the Voluntary Assisted Dying Act 2019
(2)
In section 6(4) and (5) delete “Act or the Medicines and Poisons Act 2014.” and insert:
Act, the Medicines and Poisons Act 2014 or the Voluntary Assisted Dying Act 2019.
