47Q Refund point agreement
The Coordinator may enter into a written agreement (a refund point agreement) with a person that includes provisions about —
the Coordinator’s obligation to make payments to the person for certain costs incurred by the person in operating a refund point; and
any other matter prescribed by the regulations.
A refund point operator must not claim, or attempt to claim, payment from the Coordinator under a refund point agreement —
if the refund point operator is not entitled to the payment under this Act or the refund point agreement; or
in any other circumstances prescribed by the regulations.
Civil penalty: $50 000.
