47W Office of Coordinator of the scheme
(1)
An office of Coordinator of the scheme is established.
(2)
The office of Coordinator of the scheme is not —
(a)
an office in the Public Service; or
(b)
an organisation for the purposes of the Public Sector Management Act 1994; or
(c)
an office established for a public purpose.
(3)
The Public Sector Management Act 1994 does not apply to, or in relation to, the appointment of the Coordinator and the Coordinator is not subject to that Act.
(4)
The Coordinator is not an agent of the State and does not have the status, immunities and privileges of the State.
