72 Accumulation of waste — prevention notice
(1)
If —
(a)
waste has accumulated on premises; and
(b)
the CEO is of the opinion that the accumulation of waste has caused, is causing or is about to cause conditions detrimental to the environment or dangerous to human health,
an inspector or authorised person may take action under the EP Act section 73 or a prevention notice may be given under the EP Act section 73A.
(2)
Nothing in this section limits the operation of the EP Act.
