81 Application of Financial Management Act 2006 and Auditor General Act 2006
(1)
The provisions of the Financial Management Act 2006 and the Auditor General Act 2006 regulating the financial administration, audit and reporting of departments apply to and in relation to the WARR Account.
(2)
The administration of the WARR Account is for the purposes of the Financial Management Act 2006 section 52 to be regarded as a service of the Department.
