33 Payment of levy as condition of licence (section 62(2))
It is a condition of a licence in respect of a licensed landfill that the licensee is to pay the following —
(a)
any levy imposed under the Environmental Protection (Landfill) Levy Act 1998 in respect of waste to which this Part applies that is received at those premises;
(b)
any levy imposed under the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Levy Act 2007 in respect of waste to which the Waste Avoidance and Resource Recovery Regulations 2008 Part 3 applies that is received at those premises.
