32 Meaning of applicable WELS standard
(1)
The applicable WELS standard for a WELS product that is registered is the WELS standard under which the product is registered.
(2)
The applicable WELS standard for a WELS product that is not registered is the WELS standard included in the most recent determination made under the Commonwealth Act section 18(1) that relates to products of that kind.
