66 Purpose of the WELS Account
The purpose of the WELS Account is to make payments —
(a)
to further the objects of this Act (as set out in section 3) and those of any corresponding law; and
(b)
otherwise in connection with the performance of the Regulator’s functions under this Act or a corresponding law.
