224 Confidentiality obligations to continue
(1)
Despite the repeal of the repealed Act section 34, the section continues to apply to a person to whom it applied immediately before the transfer time as if paragraph (a) of that section were amended by inserting “or under another written law” after “this Act”.
(2)
Subsection (1) only applies to the extent that another enactment about the use and disclosure of the information does not apply to the person and the information.
