54 By‑laws
(1)
The Minister may make by‑laws for the purposes of this Act that are applicable in the management area or areas specified in the by‑laws.
(2)
By‑laws may be made under subsection (1) prescribing or providing for any matter —
(a)
that is required or permitted by this Act to be prescribed or provided for by by‑laws; or
(b)
that is necessary or convenient to be prescribed for the purpose of achieving the objects of this Act.
(3)
Before the Minister makes, amends or repeals any by‑laws the Minister must consult publicly, in accordance with section 78.
