124GI Disqualification notice automatically revoked on acquittal or dismissal of charge
(1)
A disqualification notice given to a person in relation to an alleged offence is revoked if a court —
(a)
acquits the person of the offence; or
(b)
dismisses a charge for the offence.
(2)
If a disqualification notice is revoked under this section, the court must ensure that information about the revocation is sent to the chief executive officer.
