138 Offences against repealed section 59
(1)
In this section —
repeal day means the day on which the Western Australian Marine Amendment Act 2023 section 9 comes into operation.
(2)
Despite The Criminal Code section 11, a person may be prosecuted and punished for an offence committed against section 59 before repeal day.
