15 Failing to comply with certain requirements of inspectors
(1)
An inspector who is on premises that the inspector has entered under a warrant may require any person on the premises to —
(a)
answer any questions put by the inspector; and
(b)
produce for inspection any books, records or documents requested by the inspector.
(2)
A person who, without reasonable excuse, fails to comply with a requirement under subsection (1) commits an offence.
Penalty for this subsection: a fine of $5 000.
