31 Occupier to provide inspector with facilities and assistance
(1)
The occupier of premises to which a warrant relates must provide an inspector executing the warrant, and any person assisting the inspector, with all reasonable facilities and assistance for the effective exercise of their powers.
(2)
A person who fails to comply with subsection (1) commits an offence.
Penalty for this subsection: a fine of $5 000.
