37 Interfering with securing of things
A person commits an offence if —
(a)
an inspector is securing, or has secured, a thing under section 11(2)(b), 13(6) or 35(2); and
(b)
the person interferes with the securing of the thing, or the secured thing; and
(c)
the period for which the thing is secured has not ended.
Penalty: a fine of $10 000.
