75EE General power to require breath sample for preliminary breath test
(1)
An inspector or police officer may require a person to provide a sample of breath for a preliminary breath test if the inspector or police officer believes on reasonable grounds that the person is or was —
(a)
navigating, or attempting to operate, a vessel; or
(b)
the master of a vessel.
(2)
The inspector or police officer must conduct a preliminary breath test of the person.
