20 Procedure if party does not reply
If a party required to lodge a reply in accordance with rule 18 fails to do so —
(a)
the dispute may be determined as if the party did not dispute any part of the arbitration application; and
(b)
the arbitrator may make any order the arbitrator thinks fit to deal with the arbitration application.
