Workers Compensation and Injury Management Arbitration Rules 2024

Unless the arbitrator directs otherwise, each party to a proceeding must, not less than 7 days before the arbitration hearing is listed —

lodge an indexed and paginated book of documents that the party proposes to adduce at the hearing; and

give each other party to the proceeding a copy of the sealed book of documents.

The arbitrator must make a record of the documents that are admitted in evidence at the arbitration hearing.
