Requirement to certify the giving of documents

Current

A person who gives a document in accordance with this Part must, if directed to do so by the Registrar or an arbitrator —

(a)

certify in the approved form that the document was given; and

(b)

lodge the approved form, certified in accordance with paragraph (a), with the Registrar.
