Amendment of documents

(1)

An arbitrator may, on the application of a party to a proceeding, give the party leave to amend any document lodged by the party in the proceeding if the arbitrator considers that the amendment is necessary to avoid injustice.

(2)

An amendment may be made at any stage of the proceeding and on such terms as the arbitrator thinks fit.
