Duties of all officers and employees

Current

Every officer, person or employee appointed under section 11 —

(a)

must observe all rules made under this Act; and

(b)

must make such returns and reports to the chief executive officer as the chief executive officer may from time to time direct; and

(c)

must make any records relating to any young offender available, upon request of the chief executive officer, to the chief executive officer or a delegate of the chief executive officer.
