235 Proceedings pending before children’s panels
(1)
In this section —
former provisions means the provisions of the Child Welfare Act 1947 4 as in force immediately before the commencement of section 32.
(2)
If proceedings for a matter are pending before a children’s panel under the former provisions when section 32 commences, the matter is to be taken to have been referred under this Act to a juvenile justice team.
