237 Review of Act
(1)
As soon as is practicable after the expiration of the period of 5 years following the coming into operation of this Act the Minister responsible for its administration shall cause an investigation and review to be conducted, and a report to be prepared as to the operation of this Act.
(2)
The Minister shall cause a copy of the report prepared for the purposes of subsection (1) to be laid before each House of Parliament as soon as is practicable after it is completed.
