91 Community work, minimum and maximum hours of
The court cannot make an order imposing community work conditions such that, after it is made, the aggregate number of hours of work required to be performed under it, or under it and any other youth community based order, would be —
(a)
less than the number prescribed for the purposes of this paragraph, or if no number is so prescribed, 10; or
(b)
more than the number prescribed for the purposes of this paragraph, or if no number is so prescribed, 100.
