Dogs to be used in authorised manner

Current

For a trained dog to be used appropriately by a dog handler in a search —

(a)

the dog handler must be the dog handler who has been allocated responsibility for the dog;

(b)

the dog must be under the control of the dog handler; and

(c)

the use of the dog must be in accordance with these regulations and any relevant rules.
