28 Unauthorised trading
A person must not, without permission —
(a)
sell, hire, or offer or expose for sale or hire in a zoological park any goods or services; or
(b)
provide any service, or conduct any business or activity, in a zoological park for fee or reward.
Penalty: a fine of $2 000.
