Where a co-offender's sentence is unduly lenient but the disparity with the applicant's sentence is too great to be disregarded, the Court may intervene to a limited degree by reducing the sentence to the bottom of the range that properly reflects the applicant's objective and subjective criminality. Sentencing findings as to the respective roles of co-offenders must be grounded in the evidence; findings not supported by the agreed facts will not sustain a parity argument.
