A Robinson warning need not specifically address each individual credibility concern if the warning given is in terms wide enough to comprehend both delay and credibility matters, particularly where the trial judge has already summarised the relevant credibility concerns raised by defence counsel. Where the complainant's demeanour or psychiatric state is apparent to the jury, no specific Robinson-type warning is required in respect of that matter. Where the Crown has disclosed material to the defence but counsel does not receive it due to a communication failure, the case is not treated as one of Crown non-disclosure, and the appellant bears the onus of demonstrating miscarriage of justice.
